AICE Media Studies - Teamwork!
For this project, I have partnered with most of the same people from my last two with the exception of a single new addition. The members of my group include Kyle Ford, Zane Royer, and Kevin Ricks. I picked these group members because I feel I will work better around them. Working with the same people multiple times will be a key factor in making this an amazing project. Each member of the group adds value in some way and I cant wait to start filming. As far as specifics, each member is particularly good at a certain aspect of the project. For example, Zane is a very talented editor which is super helpful. He works well with his software and finished quickly. This is helpful for deadlines and making sure the project is completed on time. Kevin is experienced with cameras so he knows how to get the angles perfectly and make the shots look good. Our group will benefit from this a lot because it is a lot harder than I could've imagined to point a camera at something and press record. Kyle and I are both actors and decent behind the camera, which makes the filming aspect much easier. Finding actors is always a struggle so it is helpful that two group members are okay with acting. Being on camera can be nerve racking, so I give Kyle a lot of credit for being so willing. Him and I have both been working on behind-the-camera skills, so hopefully there is an improvement in that as well. Between the entire group, there is a lot of talent and even more dedication. Having 4 group members makes it feel more like a full team and gives me a lot more confidence in the outcome. Last project, the filming was completed in my community, so I assume it will be the same this time around. Everyone can come over, film, and hang out. I can't wait to start this project with my group!
